Here, at Kosha Connect, I offer therapy working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Most of the people I support are used to carrying a lot on their own. They’re the dependable ones, the helpers, the ones striving, appearing strong on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally.
My approach is grounded, steady, and centered on the belief that healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood. Here, therapy isn’t a place where you have to perform or “have it all together.” It’s a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore the patterns that have shaped how you show up in your life.
